Welcome! We are so incredibly happy you are here and are expressing interest in West High's Theatre Department! We want to allow students the opportunity to express themselves through theatre, and to experience what it is like to be in a professional theatre production, all while having an amazing time. Theatre is such a fun, interesting art form, and we want to make sure the students of West High get the chance to experience it, whether in the audience, backstage, or onstage. Mrs. T. our new Theatre teacher! A lifelong performer with a passion for inspiring creativity and building community through the arts. Mrs. T. brings years of experience in performing, directing and arts education. She is thrilled to be joining the West community and to be leading the WHS Theatre Company into an exciting season! Mrs. T trained at the Arden School of Theatre in the United Kingdom, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre. She also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Westminster University in Salt Lake City. Her professional background includes five years performing with Royal Caribbean, two years touring throughout Asia, and over ten years of experience in the performing arts industry.
